Here are a few reasons I have been called into someone's home to do some work for them.
Narrow halls. Small rooms. Un-grounded outlets. Galvanized plumbing lines. Clay City drain lines collapsed. Lead-based paint. Asbestos. Aluminum windows. Leaky faucets. Mold inside cabinets. Cracked foundation. Roofing worn out. Missing flashing causing water damage. Flooring broken. Pests invading home. Pet damage. Narrow doorways. Not enough light. Low ceilings. Steep stairway. Foundation settling and drywall cracks. Doorways not lined up or closing properly due to settling. Broken plumbing lines. Water heater needs replaced. Water damage. House just feels old or needs to be updated. Change the color, or style of the home. Repair home-owner DIY projects and get the home back up to code. Complete homeowner DIY project which turned out to be more than they could handle.
The process of obtaining a work contract is sometimes exhausting. Homeowners looking for the cheapest bid regardless of quality, looking for the highest quality and guarantee regardless of cost, or anything in between. It's as much of a game of "getting to know you" as it is a game of "what really matters".
I have tried to pick a niche or a field of work that we specialize in, but in different areas of the world, we have discovered different needs and wants by the citizens in the area.
What I have found is that after all I've seen, I struggle to work on a home and not desire to fix EVERYTHING. It hurts my brain to go into a home and just fix one of these things. I always want to FIX EVERYTHING...
So, the moral for today is this...
WE MAKE YOUR BAD HOME GOOD AGAIN. If you want someone to only fix part of the bad...call someone else.
We want to make everything in your life good, not only one piece...if it's a budget thing, then let's sit down and talk.
We'll help you find a way. We'll make a plan. We'll create a solution. We'll make it good again.
